Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), HR or Learning and Development. They will work closely with senior members of the team to deliver and execute client projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent client services covering training and consulting* Meet with clients and nurture ongoing relationships* Contribute to new product ideas and business innovation* Contribute to the commercial success of the business* Deliver against proposals through facilitated workshops and data gathering as well as follow-up analysis and written reports* Undertake inclusion and culture assessments and develop business strategies* Help build the Fairer consultancy brand and ensure it is the consultancy of choice for organizations looking to invest in DE&I

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in delivering high-quality programs in DE&I, HR or Learning and Development* Experience of facilitating workshops to a range of audiences from senior leaders to middle managers* Experience of conducting qualitative research – focus groups, interviews etc* Commercial mindset* Excellent people skills, with the ability to network, form strategic business relationships and develop them* Attention to detail and project management skills* Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
