Overview

Dentsu UK Limited is a leading global media agency seeking an experienced Diversity and Inclusion Partner to join our Amplifi team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment, and promoting best-in-class AV activation strategies.

Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible hybrid working, career development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • AV Media Strategy: Develop and implement strategic responses to AV delivery, ensuring exceptional client servicing and strong commercial understanding.
  • Growth and Development: Collaborate with the Head of AV and Head of Investment to drive growth for new and existing clients, helping shape future AV products and offerings.
  • Operational Excellence: Deliver operational excellence in all aspects of the role, resolving client problems, and collaborating with commercial teams to achieve contractual guarantees and accurate forecasting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Directors, Managers, Execs, and Assistants, ensuring open and regular dialogue, clear feedback, and high standards of client servicing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Circa 10 years' experience in TV, Cinema, Audio & VoD media planning and buying.
  2. Management experience, including leadership skills and coaching abilities.
  3. Strong attention to detail, ability to deliver comprehensive market trends analysis, and 100% accurate output across AV and Commercial processes.
