Transforming Workplaces Through Inclusion

Fairer Consulting Limited seeks an experienced professional to join our team as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior members to deliver and execute client projects. Our clients range from large international businesses to smaller domestic-based companies across various sectors. You will need to be a strong listener, highly analytical, and demonstrate real authority in inclusion at work, leadership, or culture change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent client services covering training and consulting.
  • Meeting with clients and nurturing ongoing relationships.
  • Contributing to new product ideas and business innovation.
  • Contributing to the commercial success of the business.
  • Delivering high-quality DE&I training from initial design through to delivery and follow-up activity.
  • Undertaking inclusion and culture assessments and developing business strategies.
  • Helping build the Fairer Consulting brand as the consultancy of choice for organisations looking to invest in DE&I.
  • Supporting the design and launch of new products that will make Fairer Consulting stand out.
  • Building deep, ongoing relationships with senior business leaders to ensure Fairer is part of their ongoing journey.
  • Attending industry events and contributing marketing material.
Requirements
  • Demonstrating experience in delivering high-quality DE&I, HR, or Learning and Development programmes.
  • Facilitating workshops for various audiences, including senior leaders and middle managers.
  • Conducting qualitative research, such as focus groups and interviews.
  • Using data and analytics in your approach.
  • Having a commercial mindset.
  • Being intellectually curious and willing to share and collaborate with the team.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to network and develop strategic business relationships.
  • Attention to detail and project management skills.

This is a full-time, permanent position with development opportunities. Salary: £60,000. Benefits include 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a dynamic start-up culture, and the security of an established business model.
