About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Human Resources, and Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver excellent client services covering training and consulting
  2. Meet with clients and nurture ongoing relationships
  3. Contribute to new product ideas and business innovation
  4. Contribute to the commercial success of the business
  5. Provide compelling and impactful packages of DEI training from initial design through to delivery and any follow-up activity
  6. Deliver against proposals through facilitated workshops and data gathering, as well as follow-up analysis and written reports
  7. Undertake inclusion and culture assessments and develop business strategies
  8. Help build the Fairer Consulting brand and ensure it is the consultancy of choice for organizations looking to invest in DEI
  9. Support the design and launch of a series of brand-new products that will make Fairer Consulting stand out from the crowd
  10. Build deep, ongoing relationships with senior business leaders to ensure Fairer is a continuing part of their ongoing journey
  11. Attend industry events and contribute marketing material from blogs and research reports
  12. Project manage client programs
  13. Work closely with partner organizations and become an involved member of the DEI community

Requirements

  1. Demonstrate experience in delivering high-quality programs in DEI, HR, or Learning and Development
  2. Experience of facilitating workshops to a range of audiences from senior leaders to middle managers
  3. Experience of conducting qualitative research – focus groups, interviews, etc.
  4. Experience of using data and analytics in your approach
  5. Commercial mindset
  6. Intellectually curious and willing to share and collaborate with the broader team
  7. Excellent people skills, with the ability to network, form strategic business relationships, and develop them
  8. Attention to detail and project management skills
