International Inclusion and Diversity Business Leader

As our International Inclusion and Diversity Business Leader, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies that promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement diversity and inclusion strategies that align with Apple's global business objectives.
  • Partner with international people and business leadership teams to integrate inclusion and diversity into our operational and strategic plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to advance our inclusion and diversity agenda.
  • Provide expert-level leadership and oversight to our International Business Enablement team, ensuring the successful execution of our inclusion and diversity initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies.
  • Expert knowledge of inclusion and diversity principles, with a strong business sense and ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize teams to achieve our inclusion and diversity goals.
  • Ability to build deep and business-relevant inclusion and diversity consulting and mentoring skills in others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent relationship building, influence, and leadership skills at peer and top management levels.
  • External partnership engagement experience with Retail, Sales/Marketing, and/or Tech organizations.
  • Excellent execution, process management, planning, and organizational skills.
