Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Inclusion and Diversity at On, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to ignite the human spirit through movement. Your primary focus will be on promoting a culture of equity, belonging, and respect throughout the organization.

Key Objectives

  1. Develop and implement inclusion best practices and programs that support our team values and business goals.
  2. Collaborate with the Talent team to integrate diversity and inclusion practices across all aspects of the team member lifecycle.
  3. Lead initiatives to increase diversity within our workforce through targeted recruitment, retention, and development strategies.
  4. Establish and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of diversity initiatives, ensuring that our strategies are data-driven and aligned with our goals.

Requirements

In addition to a specific passion for fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment and culture, we hope you'll also bring:

  1. 7+ years of experience in the diversity and inclusion field, with 3+ years of experience leading a global D&I strategy.
  2. Experience delivering successful diversity and inclusion programs on a global scale across different regions: Americas, APAC & EMEA.
  3. Leading with data – you know when to introduce insights into the conversation and can drive leader accountability and action through metrics and data.
  4. Collaborative mindset – you enjoy leading large, cross-functional projects and tackling ambiguity.
