Key Responsibilities
As the Director of Inclusion and Diversity at On, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to ignite the human spirit through movement. Your primary focus will be on promoting a culture of equity, belonging, and respect throughout the organization.
Key Objectives
- Develop and implement inclusion best practices and programs that support our team values and business goals.
- Collaborate with the Talent team to integrate diversity and inclusion practices across all aspects of the team member lifecycle.
- Lead initiatives to increase diversity within our workforce through targeted recruitment, retention, and development strategies.
- Establish and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of diversity initiatives, ensuring that our strategies are data-driven and aligned with our goals.
Requirements
In addition to a specific passion for fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment and culture, we hope you'll also bring:
- 7+ years of experience in the diversity and inclusion field, with 3+ years of experience leading a global D&I strategy.
- Experience delivering successful diversity and inclusion programs on a global scale across different regions: Americas, APAC & EMEA.
- Leading with data – you know when to introduce insights into the conversation and can drive leader accountability and action through metrics and data.
- Collaborative mindset – you enjoy leading large, cross-functional projects and tackling ambiguity.
