We are seeking a highly skilled Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to join our team, playing a key role in shaping our company's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to make a real impact on our organization, driving initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our operations.

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

About the Job

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing DEI learning content, as well as providing operational and project management support for key DEI initiatives.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including DEI Partners, Centres of Excellence, and regional teams, to develop tailored learning content that aligns with both global DEI priorities and local cultural contexts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging DEI trends and translate insights into innovative learning content.
  • Manage DEI learning platforms, ensuring all resources are easily accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Provide logistical and project management support, tracking learning program effectiveness and participation rates, and using data to continuously improve DEI learning content.
  • Assist in broader DEI projects beyond learning, including data management, DEI data analytics, and reporting for WBD's DEI annual report.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in DEI learning and development, preferably in a global organization.
  • Broad DEI project experience, including involvement in data-driven initiatives, producing strategic reports, and supporting business resource groups (BRGs) and other DEI governance structures.
  • A proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills, with experience in using metrics and data to inform learning strategy.
