Job Title: Diversity and Inclusion Manager

We are seeking an experienced Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join our team at KAYAK London. As a specialist in global mobility and immigration, you will play a critical role in leading the company's global mobility and immigration processes.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a world-leading travel search engine and contribute to the success of our business. As a Diversity and Inclusion Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the company's global mobility and immigration processes. You will work closely with external legal counsel, People Operations Specialists, and other key internal teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of cases.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement a scalable and structured approach to handling cases, enhancing efficiency and minimising disruption and reactive urgent requests.
  • Establish a comprehensive and systematic process for collecting and analysing data on all costs associated with immigration and mobility for active and upcoming cases.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated ability in managing global mobility and immigration processes, including visa applications, renewals, and relocations across multiple regions, with a strong focus on European immigration laws and regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories, work permits, and global mobility best practices, particularly within Europe.
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annumBenefits:
