Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy, ensuring Hypervolt Limited remains a leader in promoting diversity and equity in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Diversity Strategy: Develop and implement a robust diversity and inclusion strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Culture Building: Foster a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting a sense of belonging among employees.
- Proven track record in diversity and inclusion leadership, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse stakeholders.
We offer a flexible work arrangement that balances work-life balance while providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
Our estimated annual salary for this position is £100,000 - £130,000 depending on your experience and qualifications.
