Job Description

The People & Culture Director will be responsible for driving our people strategy, ensuring all employees feel supported and empowered to contribute to their full potential. This includes organizational design, onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, international mobility, and strategic partnerships.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and the People Team to align our practices with business objectives and drive success. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for people and HR, we encourage you to apply.
