Cultural Development Partner

The Organizational Culture Partner will work as a key role in the diverse global team, partnering with the executive team to drive alignment on our mission and core values, developing holistic organizational culture strategies, clear narratives, and cultural solutions tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Culture Champion: Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the team, promoting our core values and driving behavior change.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify gaps in our organizational culture and develop strategies to address them.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement holistic organizational culture strategies, leveraging insights from research and benchmarking of top-performing organizations and cultures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership and the global organizational culture team to create a roadmap to bring new initiatives to life.
- Experience in HR consultation, leadership development, content creation and communications.
- Knowledge of organizational culture domains including employee engagement and retention, organizational development, employee relations, and internal communications.
- Natural coaching and mentoring skills, with ability to foster relationships with all levels of the team.
- Data driven decision-making, with ability to advocate for investments in organizational culture strategies.
- Proven experience in analysis, synthesis, and insight identification; Experience with concept creation, road mapping, and implementation of new strategic initiatives.
We are offering a competitive salary of $130,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
