About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our clinical development operations and drive diversity initiatives globally. The selected candidate will oversee all operational aspects of clinical trials, support the establishment of effective frameworks for planning DEI in our clinical programs, and champion internal awareness of DEI as a mandatory component of successful development planning.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end clinical trial operations, including planning, execution, and interpretation of clinical trials research, data collection activities, and clinical operations.
  • Support the development of strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical trials.
  • Develop and implement holistic training programs for internal associates and sites to address bias and systemic issues that hinder diversity in clinical trials.
  • Cultivate visibility and buy-in from development leaders to drive equity in representation across Novartis.
  • Manage project management efforts to ensure timely completion of activities and alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
