Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Diversity and Inclusion Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our company. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to create a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to promote a culture of inclusion and belonging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Conduct training and education programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Monitor and analyze diversity and inclusion metrics to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements:

  • Significant years of relevant experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Considerable experience in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices
