Office Administrator

Austin Fraser seeks a highly organized and detail-focused Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring seamless communication between clients and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and engineers, coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule maintenance and call-out services, maintaining accurate records and deadlines.
- Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Create quotes, purchase orders, and maintain filing systems.
- Maintain contact lists, company databases, and other critical information.
- Chase outstanding invoices and reconcile payments, ensuring financial stability.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in administration or office management, with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with office management systems, such as SharePoint and Outlook.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with advanced skills a plus.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: £25-30k (dependent on experience)
