Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and engineers, coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Schedule maintenance and call-out services, maintaining accurate records and deadlines.
  • Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Create quotes, purchase orders, and maintain filing systems.
  • Maintain contact lists, company databases, and other critical information.
  • Chase outstanding invoices and reconcile payments, ensuring financial stability.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in administration or office management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with office management systems, such as SharePoint and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with advanced skills a plus.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: £25-30k (dependent on experience)
