Finance/Office Coordinator
At Austin Fraser, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance/Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our office support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
We offer a competitive salary range of £25k-£30k (dependent on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package, including casual dress code, company events, and on-site parking.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaison between Clients and Engineers: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and engineers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Phone and Email Management: Handle all incoming phone calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
- Scheduling and Organization: Schedule maintenance and call-out services, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Invoicing and Quotes: Convert engineers' reports into invoices and create quotes for clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain filing systems, contact lists, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Administrative Experience: Proven administrative and office experience, with excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with office management systems.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
