Due to continued investment and forecast growth, we are looking for a **Project Coordinator **to be part of our Project Management Team who are responsible for the planning and delivery of telecommunications projects for high profile customers.

As the **Project Coordinator **you will boast excellent co-ordination and clerical skills in order to support the Project Manager and to enable the team to achieve the project deliverables. You will possess the willingness to learn a range of projects to provide the necessary support to our teams.

**You are likely to work 3 days at home and 2 days out of one of our offices (Surrey, Derby or Cambridgeshire).**

**What will your key responsibilities be?**
- Reporting project costs and finances based on project delivery on a regular basis to both internal and external customers.
- Processing purchase orders and invoices as per the company timelines.
- Liaising with customers to ensure project finance is raised/approved and passed to internal finance department for processing.
- Monitoring progress and costs involved in the project.
- Aligning the planning and scheduling of telecom installation / decommissioning works with project finance trackers.
- Coordinating field engineer resource and materials, making sure all finance trackers are up to date and in line with customer commitments.
- Liaising with internal and external customers including Field Engineering, Site Access Providers, Network Services Providers and Logistics.

- Proficient in all Microsoft packages.

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work flexibly with changing priority.
- Highly motivated.
- Experience of working in the mobile telecommunications industry would be advantageous.
