**Fleet Administrator**

**Location**: Surrey

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary: £24,500pa**

**Mon-Friday - 8am to 4pm**

We Staff are partnered up with a leader in both commercial and residential property maintenance. Our client carry out maintenance services to many property-types across the UK with all sorts of customers from Councils to private estate owners.

They have reached out to We Staff to help recruit a new Fleet Coordinator to aid in the day to day operations in the client’s HQ.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify drivers' details and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Maintain vehicles in proper and safe working condition.
- Coordinate with vehicle mechanics and arrange for vehicle recovery when necessary.
- Ensure fleet vehicles adhere to Health & Safety policies and handle accident reporting.
- Manage fuel card usage and monitor vehicles entering the London congestion charge zone.
- Liaise with external suppliers for quotes and oversee work according to purchase orders.
- Handle vehicle accident claims and negotiate with insurers.
- Order and prepare vehicles for new contract start dates.
- Maintain company apparatus and perform handovers and collections with drivers.
- Update IT systems and databases for fleet management, including vehicle tracking.
- Ensure mínimal off-road time for vehicles and maximize revenue generation.
- Report to the Finance Director and ensure fleet operations meet KPIs and objectives.
- Administer forms and Fleet documents and monitor incident databases and Telematics systems.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and issue Purchase Orders.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle unexpected situations.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Good timekeeping and personal presentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,500.00 per year
