About the Job

Nexgen Group is expanding its Vehicle Fleet team, which manages around 350 vehicles for staff across the UK. As a Vehicle Fleet Manager, you will support all administration and coordination activities and act as a key interface between our Head Office and Operational Teams.

This role requires strong Administration and Coordination skills, good communication, and basic IT/Software skills. You will also need to hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and set up new drivers on vehicle management system
  • Evaluate and ensure vehicles are in correct and safe working order
  • Prepare and organize relevant vehicles for new contract live dates
  • Liaise with vehicle mechanics and suppliers
  • Arrange vehicle recovery and ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies
  • Conduct accident reporting processes and maintain accurate records
  • Manage fuel cards and monitor vehicles entering the London congestion charge
  • Liaise with external suppliers and negotiate with company insurers when necessary
  • Perform handovers and collections from existing drivers/teams
  • Monitor Telematics systems and produce utilization reports
  • Oversee maintenance schedules and issue Purchase Orders

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
