Customer Experience Director

At Blank Street Inc., we are on a mission to transform the high street grab-and-go coffee transaction into an experience that is higher in quality, hospitality, and joy. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting our General Managers as they oversee the daily success of our stores.
About the Role- Inspire, motivate and support your store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day
- Ensure accurate stock ordering, rota management and maximise commercial opportunities in your stores
- Be a brand ambassador, living our values and upholding our brand standards to the highest level
- You have some experience and a strong passion for managing, coaching, and developing people
- You have a commercial mindset that understands all the components of driving delivery across multiple locations
- You love the Blank Street brand and are excited about being part of our journey
- A competitive annual salary of around £45,000 - £50,000 based on experience

- A full-time role with weekend availability required
