Sales and Customer Experience Director

Overview: Sales Recruit Scotland Ltd seeks a seasoned Retail Manager or Hospitality Leader to drive luxury customer-first experience in high-end made-to-measure clothing stores with Scottish heritage. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and ensuring exceptional customer service.
About the Role: This is a management position responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences, leading sales teams, and maintaining store operations. The successful candidate will be expected to monitor sales performance, implement strategies to drive growth, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service
- Store Operations: Ensure efficient store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package will also be offered.
