About the Role

At Lloyds Bank plc, we're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our Core Banking and Payments Lab. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our business and commercial banking services.

As a Customer Journey Manager, you'll work closely with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and deliver positive outcomes for our customers. This will involve utilising your analytical skills to integrate insights from disparate data, processes, and systems relevant to the journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise customer experiences

With a strong background in UK financial services, you'll have experience mapping customer journeys and processes. You'll also have a solid understanding of change delivery principles and Agile development methodologies. A deep knowledge of digital, UX, and UI practices will be beneficial in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous pension contribution, annual performance-related bonus, and share schemes.
