As a Customer Experience Manager at Strathberry, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service across all touchpoints. This includes engaging with customers, resolving issues, and providing product information to foster long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve satisfaction.
- Train and support customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Liaise with warehouse and retail stores to resolve order discrepancies.
- Collaborate with delivery companies to investigate delivery/return issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
What We Offer:
- $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience.
- 29 days annual leave, plus 3 fixed bank holidays.
