About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Edinburgh on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our contact centre operation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the effective management of our contact centre teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and manage a high-performing contact centre team to achieve business objectives
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and optimise contact centre operations

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
