Customer Experience Manager

About the RoleWe are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension contributions, discounts on Greene King brands, and access to our employee assistance program. You'll also have the opportunity to further your career across our well-known brands, with training and development at each level.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, leading the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring that our brand standards are met at all times. You will act as a role model for the team, providing support with training and development, and championing brand standards to ensure customer and team safety.
You'll bring a passion for delivering amazing experiences for customers, great communication and leadership skills, and the ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during busy shifts. With a keen eye for detail, you'll uphold high standards in everything you do.
