Salary
The starting hourly rate for Assistant Managers in this location is £11.95, increasing to £12.12 with service.
Job Description
As a Customer Experience Leader at Caffè Nero, you will support in the running of the store, providing great customer service and maintaining the highest standards of coffee and food.
You will work closely with your team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction, while also contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the store
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Maintain high standards of coffee and food quality
- Contribute to the development and training of other team members
Requirements:
To be successful as a Customer Experience Leader at Caffè Nero, you will need:
- Experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a busy, customer-facing environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
