HAGGiS Adventures and Highland Explorer Tours are looking for experienced Driver Guides who can deliver exceptional customer service and showcase Scotland's breathtaking scenery. About the Role

As a Scotland Tour Experience Leader, you will be responsible for delivering our tour programme to domestic and international customers. This includes representing the company, engaging with passengers, and providing information about Scotland's rich history, culture, and natural beauty. You will have the opportunity to work on various tours, ranging from one day to eight days, and spend time exploring Scotland's stunning landscapes.

Requirements

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Have a valid UK driving licence and passport
  • Be willing to undergo PCV training and adhere to our high standards of safety and customer service
