Catering Service Provision

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard catering service to patients, staff, and other customers at Western General Hospital. This involves the safe and high-quality production of meals for all patients, the staff and visitor dining room, and any hospitality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals for patients, staff, and visitors
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, nutritional, cultural, and quality standards
  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent culinary skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service.
