About the Role

Motability Operations is recruiting a Customer Experience Lead to join our team in Edinburgh. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to transform our contact centre operations, ensuring seamless, efficient, and accessible experiences for our customers, colleagues, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement customer experience strategies, leveraging new technologies and innovative solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver omni-channel customer experiences, prioritizing best-in-class quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address customer pain points, developing targeted solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimise contact centre performance and drive business results.

About You

You will be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead change and drive business outcomes. Your expertise will include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of customer experience principles and practices.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
