Customer Experience Team Lead

Sofology is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Team Lead to join our team and help us achieve this goal.

As a Customer Experience Team Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support throughout their shopping journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating customer interactions to ensure that all customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Developing and implementing customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer experiences

We're offering a competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a bonus scheme, pension plan, and opportunities for professional development.
