Lead Carer Development Officer

The Lead Carer Development Officer will play a critical role in developing an innovative and engaging benefits service for carers across Lincolnshire. This includes creating a culture of continuous learning, identifying gaps, and developing new functions that contribute to contract delivery.
Key Responsibilities:This role involves:
- Working closely with the Central Services Manager to develop and implement new functions;
- Motivating and inspiring a team to drive growth and improvement through strategic planning and operational execution;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
To succeed in this role, you will have a working knowledge of social care and health, particularly in relation to adults, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The location for the position is flexible, but candidates must be willing to travel within Lincolnshire.
