The Benefits Team Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the service, collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, and motivating and leading a team to deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on program progress

Estimated salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum.
