Benefits Service Lead

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Central Services Manager in delivering an exceptional benefits service for carers across Lincolnshire.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits strategy that meets the evolving needs of carers.
- Foster a culture of excellence within the team, driving continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
- Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to ensure the team achieves its goals and objectives.
- A strong understanding of social care and health principles, particularly in relation to adults.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting carers.
