About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Benefits team in Lincolnshire as a Team Lead.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits management, excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Working closely with the Central Services Manager to develop an innovative benefits service
  2. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance contract delivery
  3. Maintaining a culture of continuous learning within the team

The estimated salary range for this position is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
