Job Summary:
Care and Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Care and Support team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care and health, particularly in relation to adults, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role involves developing an innovative and engaging benefits service for carers across Lincolnshire, creating a culture of continuous learning, and motivating and inspiring a team to thrive.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing the benefits service to meet the needs of carers in Lincolnshire
- Leading a team to deliver high-quality support services to carers
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify gaps and develop new functions to contribute to contract delivery

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000-£42,000 per annum, flexible working options, access to our workplace pension, employee assistance program, and Benenden Healthcare package.
