About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Acuity Care Group in Lincoln. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals with Autism and Personality Disorder.

The successful candidate will have a full UK driver's license, team leadership experience within healthcare, and expertise in working with individuals with Autism and EUPD. You must be based in or around the Lincoln area and able to commute.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with an individual living in Lincoln who has a complex needs profile, requiring your skills and expertise to support them back into the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of carers to provide high-quality support to service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed.
