Care Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to lead and develop a team of care workers at St Philips Care Group. This role is crucial in the Health & Social Care industry, as you will provide exceptional care to our residents.
The ideal candidate should have NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it, previous experience as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home, and a passion for elderly care.
About the RoleAs a Senior Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include understanding residents' needs and providing personalized support, assisting with daily care tasks, promoting independence and dignity, and maintaining confidentiality and upholding residents' rights.
You will also be responsible for care planning, medication management, and delivery for designated service users, moving, handling, and assisting with daily hygiene and dressing needs, reporting changes in residents' condition and hazards or unsafe equipment, and attending mandatory training and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements- NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it
