Autism Care Leader

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of care and making a difference to the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and autism. This is a varied role that involves direct communication with patients, relatives, ICBs, and wider care teams.
Requirements:
- Hold or willing to work towards an NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or a related topic
- Have a proven track record in managing and coordinating care for clients in a community setting
- Experience in developing and implementing care plans
- Sound knowledge of CQC framework and willingness to be CQC Registered Manager
- Possess a supportive management style that can bring out the best in others
- Have a full UK driving licence for client visits
Salary Information:
The salary for this position is up to £45,000 per annum, including a £3,000 car allowance and other benefits.
