Care Team Manager

About the Role: This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with our service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans that meet their unique needs. Your expertise in supporting individuals with Autism and learning disabilities will be invaluable in this role.
Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £75 per hour (Monthly Pay), plus benefits such as access to Westfield Rewards, Health Cash Plan, Blue Light Discount Scheme, attractive holiday entitlement, and progression opportunities within our organisation.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a similar capacity, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, you must have a full UK driver's license and be willing to undergo additional training and development as required.
Location: This role is based in the Lincoln area, and we require candidates to be able to commute to the location. Unfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorship or relocation assistance.
