We are currently looking for a Senior Care Professional to join our team at Cygnet Broughton House. This role offers an estimated salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Senior Care Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service. Your responsibilities will include ensuring duties are allocated effectively, providing guidance and encouragement, and safeguarding individuals in our care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a good team player, and be sensitive to the needs of others. You will also have the opportunity to learn from our expert team and develop your skills further through our apprenticeship scheme. Regular coaching and appraisal will help you achieve your career goals, and you will be eligible for employee discount savings. A successful enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
