The Role:

This Senior Adult Care Professional position is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality care services to adults with learning disabilities in a residential care home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • To lead a team of care professionals in delivering person-centred care that supports the dignity, independence, and wellbeing of each individual.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • To work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Leadership and Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a care setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to delivering person-centred care that supports the dignity, independence, and wellbeing of each individual.

  • A competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
