Senior Care and Support Role

Voyage Care, a respected provider of adult care services, is looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to lead their supported living service in Greylees. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals gain more independence in their daily lives while assisting the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service.

Your responsibilities will include allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting supervisions, ordering medication, and ensuring the individuals we support manage their finances effectively.
