Companion Care Assistant

**About the Role**
We are seeking Care Assistants who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of older adults. You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to enhance their independence and quality of life.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with mobility and daily tasks such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Administer medication and manage prescriptions
- Accompany clients on outings and engage in social activities
**What We Offer**
- Competitive hourly rate: £9.50 - £10.25 per hour, depending on experience
- Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement
- Company pension scheme
**Requirements**
- A valid UK driving license is preferred but not essential
- The right to work in the UK
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
