Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team in Lincoln and South Lincolnshire. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to maintain their independence and live their lives to the fullest.
Responsibilities:- Providing personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with medication administration and manual handling
- Promoting customer health and well-being through support with daily living activities
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care and support
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding organisational values
- Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
- A competitive hourly rate of £13
- Consistent shifts and regular working hours
- Mileage paid at 30p per mile
- 28 days paid annual leave pro rata
- Induction training and a 12-week mentorship
- Ongoing training and support
