Job Title: Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team in Lincoln and South Lincolnshire. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to maintain their independence and live their lives to the fullest.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with medication administration and manual handling
  • Promoting customer health and well-being through support with daily living activities
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care and support
Requirements:
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding organisational values
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £13
  • Consistent shifts and regular working hours
  • Mileage paid at 30p per mile
