We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Lifeways Group. As a Team Leader and Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a supported living service, ensuring that systems and standards are maintained to a high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and supervise the delivery of person-centred services to all people using the service.
  • Support the Service Manager in the completion of accurate rota and timesheet information.
  • Promote and support the health and safety of both people using the service and support staff.
  • Ensure that the actions of all staff directly supporting people using the service support their care, protection, and well-being.

Personal Attributes and Skills:

  • Self-starter with attention to prompt timekeeping.
  • Organized with ability to meet deadlines and fulfil obligations generally.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Sympathetic.
  • Person-centred approach to service delivery.
