Salary
The salary for this role is estimated at £12,875 - £13,250 per annum, based on a 37-hour working week. This competitive rate reflects the importance of the skills and expertise required to succeed in this position.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant with Advantage Healthcare Limited, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to clients with complex needs
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Supporting clients with mobility issues, including transfers and positioning
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a caring and compassionate approach to care. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to shift patterns and client needs.
