Resident Care Associate

As a Care Assistant at Halcyon Care, you will be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time permanent position working 12-hour day shifts (7am-7pm). The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and promoting independence and involvement.
You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. You will also contribute to the development of our home by attending staff meetings and participating in team discussions.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist residents with personal care and daily activities
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Promote independence and involvement among residents
- Report any changes in resident condition to management
- Respond to resident requests in a positive and polite manner
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary: £11.44 per hour
