The City of Lincoln Council is seeking a skilled Resident Involvement Officer to join its Resident Involvement Team.

This exciting opportunity will require the successful candidate to engage with and support tenants and leaseholders, enabling them to contribute their views to service delivery, policy development, and other issues affecting them.

As a key member of the team, you will provide high-level customer care, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and demonstrate excellent analytical, written, and IT skills.

You will work in partnership with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective community engagement, informing service planning and delivery. This role requires flexibility, as you may need to work evenings and weekends to support groups.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting existing tenant/resident groups
  • Facilitating focus groups and encouraging new groups to form
  • Supporting the residents' panel and promoting tenant involvement in service scrutiny

A competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum is on offer, along with flexible working options, generous annual leave, and a local government pension scheme.
