Tenant Participation Coordinator

The City of Lincoln Council is committed to further developing tenant participation within the Council.
We are seeking a highly motivated Tenant Participation Coordinator to join our Resident Involvement Team.
Your key responsibility will be to facilitate the creation of new resident groups and encourage tenant involvement in service planning and delivery.
As a core member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective community engagement and inform service improvement initiatives.
This challenging role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and present findings effectively.
A competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum is available, along with opportunities for professional development and career growth.
