Job Title: Property Coordinator
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Property Coordinator to provide support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange safety inspections and certification in line with current legislation.
- Carry out routine and additional property visits and checks in the required time frame.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works are completed to a satisfactory standard and timescale.
- Claim for repair/maintenance work under insurance where possible and financially viable for the client.
- Establish liability for work between landlords and tenants.
- Ensure prompt and proper payment for contractors, deposits, and landlord bills.
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Solid administration skills.
- Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
