We are seeking a highly skilled Activity Coordinator to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As an Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a range of social and recreational activities on our acute wards. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver group and individual social / recreational activities on and off the ward
  • Ensure continuity of activity provision through liaison with nursing staff and occupational therapy staff
  • Actively involve patients in deciding and planning their participation in activities
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care plans

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or willingness to work towards achievement
  • Relevant experience working with people with mental health problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
